Ingorda: what is it?

L’Ingorda is a non-competitive cycling event during which you’ll discover the Po Valley area together with its specialities. With cycling and good food we don’t mess around. At L’Ingorda we put the gastronomic excellences of the Food Valley first.
From Parma, along the permanent route of the Food Valley Cycle Route, you reach Busseto through rich and numerous refreshment points set up in highlight places.

The route is largely on trafficless or secondary roads, without technical difficulties and significant differences in height, except for some short stretches of dirt roads.

Two formulas:

  • INGORDA (80 km), from Parma to Busseto with 9 refreshment stops;
  • HALF INGORDA (40 km), from Parma to Colorno, with 5 refreshment stops.

From Busseto, a return service to Parma by bus with bike transport is available, but the best way is with the lively cruise on the Po river. Places are limited.

🚴‍♀️ Suggested bicycles: Gravel, MTB, Trekking, E-bike.
❎ NO road bike.
🪖 Mandatory helmet.
👔 Event technical jersey at a highly discounted price (it can be purchased upon registration and delivered on the day of the event).
